OLD BUSINESS:
  • A Continuation of a Request for Determination filed by Jim Camp for property located on Merriam Road (corner of East Princeton Road) for traditional agricultural uses.
NEW BUSINESS:
  • A Request for Determination was filed by Lewis Reed, Wachusett Environmental for Wayne Norton for property located at 326 Mountain Road, Princeton for a replacement of existing septic system leaching field within 100’ of Isolated Land Subject to Flooding.
  • Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
  • A Request for a Certificate of Compliance for Darlene Ojerholm, Lot 33 Wilson and Beaman Roads issued to Richard Granger for DEP # 267-204.
OTHER BUSINESS:
  • Ken Whitney, Princeton Fire Dept. would like to discuss Fire Ponds with the PCC.
  • Commission Business, Equipment purchases, mail, procedures, etc.
  • The minutes from the May 15, 2011 meeting will be read and accepted.

The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for July 17, 2012.
